Desert Ridge Property Management is the North Phoenix practice of Barré Properties, a division of Barré & Company Realty LLC, run from our Scottsdale office across the Loop 101. We are a third-generation, family-run brokerage: the family built a property management business in Los Angeles before relocating to Arizona in 2020.
What we bring to Desert Ridge is a published, all-inclusive fee, no markup on routine maintenance, and a broker who signs every file. In a community where much of the rental inventory is investor-owned and managed at volume, being able to reach a person who knows your specific property is not a small thing.

We are members of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, covering the greater Phoenix side of the business including North Phoenix, and of the Greater Verde Valley Chamber, where our family has roots and a second concentration of managed property.
